Terms & Conditions
1. Phones sold by Prepaid Partners are covered by the manufacturer or carrier warranty.
2. Products may be returned for exchange only. Note: if the phone has more than 30 minutes of total talk-time or is past the 14 day exchange period (see item 7 below) contact the carrier for warranty assistance.
3. Prepaid Partners will exchange any cell phone found to be defective within 3 days of receipt by the buyer. For exchanges contact Prepaid Partners at support@prepaidpartners.com within three calendar days of receipt of the product. Buyer’s email must include: Buyer’s name, address, daytime phone number; a valid reason for exchange; a description or picture of the condition of the phone; total send and receive talk-time (airtime) used. Note: To determine total talk-time used please contact the carrier. See item 7 below.
4. Products must be returned in the same condition as received: packaging, manuals, warranty cards and products must be in ORIGINAL condition without writing, markings, tape, folds or defacing of any kind. Products exchanged in other than original condition will be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee.
5. As all cell phones sold by Prepaid Partners come with initial airtime from the carrier, products exchanged with less than, or no remaining initial airtime are subject to an additional $25 airtime replacement fee.
6. Products received at Prepaid Partners more than 14 days after delivery by the carrier to the buyer will not be accepted for exchange and are considered the property of Prepaid Partners. Prepaid Partners reserves the right to refuse exchanges in its sole discretion.
7. Prepaid Partners for any damages caused by or during shipping. Prepaid Partners is not responsible for items ‘lost’ during shipping. Prepaid Partners deems an item received when it is picked up by the carrier. Prepaid Partners recommends that buyers purchase shipping insurance.
8. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
9. Starter Kits, PINs, Cards, etc. are not eligible for exchange.
10. At anytime if the handset has more than 30 minutes of total talk-time please contact the carrier for warranty assistance.
